Celebrating Our Newest Co-op Student Hired on Signing Day
May 6, 2025, was more than just another day at work—it was a celebration of growth, achievement, and new beginnings. On this year’s Signing Day, we proudly extended a full-time job offer to our cooperative education student from South Shore Technical High School. We’re thrilled to share that he accepted!
Over the past year, Harry Winnie has been an integral part of our operations team. He has been learning by working hands-on in a role that demands precision, focus, and technical skill. As part of his co-op experience, Harry:
- Set up and ran CNC milling and turning machines to produce high-quality components.
- Monitored quality outputs to ensure every part met our exacting standards.
- Made real-time adjustments to CNC programs, demonstrating both initiative and a deep understanding of machining processes.
Harry’s ability to learn quickly, adapt to challenges, and contribute meaningfully to our production goals made a lasting impression on everyone here. It was clear early on that he wasn’t just here to learn—he was here to excel.
Signing Day was a proud moment for all of us. With family, educators, and mentors cheering him on, our student signed his offer letter and officially joined our team as a full-time employee from a co-op student hired on signing day. This event was a powerful reminder of the value of vocational education and the incredible potential of young professionals when given the opportunity to shine. You can learn more about a potential career in precision manufacturing here.
We’re incredibly proud to continue supporting Harry’s professional journey as he takes this exciting next step. Watching his growth from a student eager to learn into a skilled and confident team member has been truly inspiring. As he enters his full-time role, we’re confident he’ll continue to bring the same dedication, curiosity, and craftsmanship that made him stand out from day one. Congratulations to our newest full-time team member—you’ve earned it!
